I have 15 years of experience working for multinational organisations such as Johnson & Johnson, Intel, 3M and IBM all across Europe, the USA, Middle East and India. I enjoy the rich experience of working across boundaries.
I used my extensive experience with Lean and Six Sigma (as a certified Master Black Belt) together with insights gained from practicing and studying Appreciative Inquiry, to develop a unique approach to process and efficiency improvement. I always use them in practical and approachable ways to solve business challenges in logistics/distribution, sales, marketing, finance, customer services and HR.
In addition to this, I have trained several Lean and Six Sigma workshops, mentored Green and Black Belts and am now an AI trainer for NTL (US and Europe).
I am always focused on strengths and possibilities (even in challenging situations). Questions I like asking include: "What is possible here?", "What is good about THIS?", "What do we want to see growing here?" and "Suppose we solve this problem, what might be different?"
