I am an international consultant, coach and facilitator, specialising in appreciative, engaging and holistic approaches to change and leadership.
I love the variety of projects and clients I work with, such as developing senior leadership teams, coaching executives, reviewing project teams lessons learnt, increasing the numbers of female leaders at the top and engaging the wider organisation in change.

Prior to independent consulting, I spent 4 years developing a European Shared Services organisation within Amoco, a leader at the time, and then worked on the merger with BP and Amoco. I am a board member for Servant Leadership UK, an Accredited Coach and hold an MSc in Organisational Change from Ashridge.
